To enter the Take ASDA Customer Experience Survey firstly you have to visit the store and a receipt with you after that you have to go to the online entry page and follow up the steps and instructions given there and enter the store number, store details, name, email, phone number, address, etc. to submit the entry form and receive the entry in the survey.
Eligibility Criteria Who Can Enter:- For Participating in the Take Asda Customer Survey in the Open must be a legal resident of 50 United States, District of Columbia and the age criteria is 18 years (must be 18) of age or older citizen as of the date of entry allowed to enter the sweepstakes.
The age of the entrant must be at least 18 years old as of the date entry is allowed to enter the survey.
The Process Of Selection of the Winners:- Each winner of the survey will be selected by the random Drawing or selection after the end of each Entry Form.
