Provide your positive negative or neutral feedback to win the gift prizes and increase the chance for win.

Eligibility Criteria Who Can Enter:-  For Participating in My Gabe’s Customer Feedback Survey in the Open must be a legal resident of 50 West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Virginia, Delaware, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, New Jersey, and Indiana and the age criteria is 18 years (must be 18) of age or older citizens the date of entry are allowed to enter the sweepstakes.
